About the Role
We are seeking a Concrete Supervisor to join the Concretus team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee concrete works from start to finish across the Perth Metropolitan area, ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are met while coordinating contractors and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee concrete quality, compliance and site inspections
Manage defects, rectifications and contractor performance
Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
Monitor project costs, variations and budgets
Maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
Champion site safety and compliance standards
Mentor apprentices and promote quality workmanship

About You
We're looking for a hands-on and safety focused individual who takes pride in their work.
Ideally, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience within site work within the building and construction industry




An understanding of construction plans, drawings and site requirements
Robust attention to detail and accurate site measurement skills
Confidence coordinating contractors and managing stakeholder expectations
Budget awareness and the ability to resolve site-related issues
A well-organised, self-motivated and proactive approach to work
