Role Highlights
Head a leading, bespoke facility in an established educational setting following an internal promotion.
Lead an established, high performing team.
Lead the College's Out of School Hours Care and Childcare operations.
The Role
All Saints' College commenced operating Little Saints Childcare in July **** from its multi-million dollar facility, Waabiny (Noongar for "play"), nestled in the heart of the picturesque 19-hectare grounds of the College's Bull Creek campus.
At Little Saints Childcare, we value each moment in a child's journey, connecting learning and growth through the power of play.
Reporting to the Director of Junior School, you will be a key member of the Junior School Leadership Team, with a portfolio of leadership and operational responsibilities including Childcare from 12 months through to Three-year-old Kindergarten program and Out of School Hours Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing support and guidance to staff on pedagogy, child development and wellbeing
Ensuring compliance with the Education and Care National Quality Framework (NQF) in all its elements, particularly the Operational Requirements
Supporting the OSHC and Childcare Coordinators in the day-to-day running of both Services
Support educators with the implementation of the Primary Carer model
Enhancing the quality of the Little Saints experience for children and families by your thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the My Time Our Place (MTOP) framework.
Exercise prudent stewardship of the resources allocated to Little Saints including managing and preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and ensuring it is based on the relevant QIP and the strategic direction of the College.
About You
You are a holder of current TRBWA registration and EC qualified at a Tertiary level.
A Masters in a related discipling (or demonstrated progress towards a Masters) is highly desirable.
You have relevant industry experience in Education and Care and a working knowledge of the NQF,



EYLF and MTOP.
Your demonstrated leadership and management experience in an educational setting will be prominent in your application, as will your understanding of, and belief in, the importance of the first 1,000 days and the Primary Carer model.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Emotional intelligence.
Staff recruitment, leadership and development experience.
Financial/budgetary knowledge in an educational setting.
First Aid and WHS knowledge.
A strong understanding of and commitment to, Child Safety requirements.
Change Management experience.
Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
