About the role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Office All rounder to join our team at DTC INDUSTRIES in Bibra Lake, WA.
In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our office and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, diary management, and coordinating meetings
Handle a range of office tasks such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, and responding to inquiries
Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls
Support the leadership team with various projects and administrative tasks as required
Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach




Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
