Practice Nurse (RN or EN)

Mends Street Family Practice is a well-established, privately owned and non-corporate GP clinic seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
Working closely with our GPs and administrative team, you will be involved in a broad range of primary care nursing duties, including:
Childhood and adult immunisations
Wound care and dressings
Health assessments and care planning
Assisting with minor procedures
Chronic disease management
Patient education and support
General treatment room and practice nursing duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
Experience in general practice (highly regarded)
Strong clinical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and a patient-centred approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with Medical Director or Best Practice software (highly regarded)
Permanent working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
