We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Projects team on a major modular construction project in Bundaberg, delivering a large-scale workers accommodation camp.
This is a DIDO opportunity ideally suited to someone living locally in Bundaberg or the surrounding region, working a 10 days on / 4 days off, all-in/all-out roster.
The position will be offered on a fixed-term contract through to approximately March ****, giving you the opportunity to work on a significant local project without the need to FIFO interstate.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing site installation activities and ensuring trades, contractors and suppliers work together effectively to keep the project moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and specialist subcontractors.




Overseeing the installation of modular buildings and associated infrastructure.
Planning labour, materials, plant and site logistics to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
Reviewing construction and installation schedules and monitoring progress against project milestones.
Coordinating site deliveries, service locators, testing and other site activities.
Setting up and maintaining safe construction work areas.
Preparing and reviewing permits, risk assessments, SWMS and other site documentation.
Ensuring subcontractors and site personnel comply with ATCO and client HSEQ requirements.
Identifying and resolving site issues and escalating contractual or operational matters where required.
Liaising closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, clients and wider project team.
Providing regular progress updates and ensuring project documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship throughout the project.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced construction supervisor who is confident running site activities, coordinating multiple trades and keeping a busy project organised and moving forward.
You'll ideally bring:
Strong Site Supervisor experience within commercial, industrial, modular or major construction projects.
A positive understanding of construction and building installation processes.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and specialist trades.




Strong planning skills with the ability to think ahead and ensure labour, materials and plant are available when required.
Confidence reading and interpreting construction drawings.
Strong understanding of site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
The ability to identify and resolve site issues quickly and practically.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Previous Site Supervisor experience.
QBCC Supervisor Licence.
Construction Induction White Card.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Certificate IV in Building & Construction, or currently working towards it.
Ability to work the 10/4 all-in/all-out roster in Bundaberg.
Highly Regarded:
Trade background, particularly carpentry or another building trade.
Previous modular construction or workers accommodation experience.
Experience delivering large commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
Experience coordinating civil works, inground services and multiple building trades.
