We are looking for a full-time
Sales Representative
to join our team in Western Australia, working with a portfolio of trusted and much-loved products.
This is a field-based sales role working closely with distributors, customers, and end users across Western Australia.
Reporting to the National Account Manager - Major Accounts, this role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Mrs Mac's and the wider Aus Pie Co business.
About the role:
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Driving profitable sales growth and meeting agreed budgets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, customers and end users.
Regularly visiting customers and end users across Western Australia, while working closely with distributors to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across foodservice channels.
Working with distributors and end users to support sales growth, product opportunities and new business.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of sales initiatives.
Providing insights into customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity.
Monitoring sales performance against agreed targets and budgets.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who brings:




Previous sales experience within the FMCG and/or foodservice industry (essential).
Previous experience working with WA foodservice distributors, customers and end users.
Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing will be highly regarded.
A track record of achieving sales targets, managing against budgets and securing new business.
A demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and new business wins within the Western Australian market.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop robust commercial relationships.
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A current Driver's License.
