Little Rompers is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
About the role
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions across our range of prams, car seats, nursery furniture and baby products.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
Developing strong product knowledge and becoming a product specialist
Processing sales and handling cash/EFTPOS
Receiving deliveries, unpacking and replenishing stock
Maintaining excellent store presentation
Assisting with general store duties as required
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous retail or customer service experience
Is friendly,



approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
Is reliable, trustworthy and has a strong work ethic
Has excellent communication skills
Is confident working independently and as part of a team
Is enthusiastic about learning and developing product knowledge
Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
Has a solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Is a permanent local resident
Experience in baby products or nursery retail is highly regarded, but not essential.
