Venue Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Hospitality Manager
to take ownership of a new venue and lead a strong team.
This role would suit an established hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, driving results and taking charge of the overall performance of their venue.
The Role
Lead a High-Volume Operation:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a busy venue.
Drive Commercial Results:
Manage sales, labour, costs, budgets and key operational targets to deliver strong results.
Lead a Large Team:
Build an engaged and high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching and clear expectations.
Own the Customer Experience:
Maintain high standards across service, quality and overall venue presentation.
Responsibilities
Experienced Manager:
3+ years of management experience within hospitality, QSR, restaurants, pubs, cafés, retail or another high-volume environment.
Strong Operator:
Confident managing all aspects of venue operations,



including rostering, labour, stock, compliance, sales and costs.
Commercially Focused:
Comfortable working towards budgets, KPIs and performance targets.
People Leader:
Proven experience managing and developing large teams, including coaching other managers and emerging leaders.
Hands-On Approach:
Comfortable working alongside the team and leading from the front during busy periods.
Strong Leadership Skills:
Organised, resilient and confident making decisions in a rapid-paced environment.
