Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors across all scopes.
Manage sequencing, inspections, and defect rectification to meet program deadlines.
Maintain premium quality and attention to architectural details.
Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly.
Enforce WHS standards and ensure consistent site compliance.
About You
Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large commercial projects.




Strong understanding of high-end finishes, sequencing, and quality control.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple trades.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively.
WA-based experience and full Australian working rights essential.
