HPS Transport is seeking an internal fleet Parts Interpreter to join our Workshop team in Regency Park.
You will support the Service team by identifying and sourcing the right parts, maintaining accurate inventory records and helping control purchasing costs.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Identify required parts for heavy vehicles, truck bodies and workshop equipment.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts efficiently and cost-effectively.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete regular stocktakes.
Manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies are available for the Service team.
Assess and minimise aged inventory.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and the Service team.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet or reduce costs.
Contribute to the future growth of HPS Transport through the relocation and setup of parts storage at our new Direk depot.
About you:
Experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor is preferred.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle parts and suppliers.
Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and transmissions.
Excellent communication skills,



with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills and a methodical approach to record keeping.
