About the role
Willcraft Estate Planning Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and organised Paralegal to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
This is a 4 days per week position that offers an exciting opportunity to support our legal professionals in delivering high-quality estate planning services to our clients.
As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice, working closely with our solicitor and clients to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive estate planning documents.
This role is essentially preparation and management of all legal drafting prepared by our law firm, in conjunction with our Legal Director.
Key responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, Advance Health Directives, Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration applications and other estate planning instruments
Managing client files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and practice management systems
Coordinating with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation for estate planning matters
Assisting with deceased estate property matters- Survivorship, Transmission and Transfers as required
Supporting the smooth running of the practice through general administrative duties
What we're looking for
Estate Planning legal drafting experience using LEAP software
A qualification in Paralegal Studies, Legal Practice or equivalent recognised qualification or relevant practical experience
Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role within estate planning practice
Strong knowledge of estate planning principles, wills, powers of attorney and related legal instruments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and legal professionals




Competency with LEAP legal practice management software and Microsoft Office applications
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A professional and ethical approach to work, with understanding of client confidentiality and legal privilege
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing is desirable
