What you'll doAs our National Manager - People & Culture, you'll:Help leaders build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teamsLead a national team and build excellent People & Culture support practices.Navigate complex people matters and workplace changeTurn big-picture workforce strategy into practical outcomesSupport organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability
What you'll bringSignificant experience leading high-performing HR/P&C; functionsExperience within disability, community services, health or aged care environmentsExpertise across ER, IR, workforce strategy and organisational development.Values based leadership and passion for developing peopleExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leadersDemonstrated commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business outcomes.




(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
