About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Officer – Assets & Infrastructure, this role coordinates and manages the directorate's response to audit recommendations, claims, insurer requests, legal enquiries and Freedom of Information (FOI) matters.
The core responsibilities include:
Coordinating and tracking directorate responses to audit recommendations, ensuring timely action and closeout.
Gather, validate and coordinate accurate information for claims, insurer requests and legal enquiries.
Prepare and coordinate responses to FOI requests and Special Investigation Requests in line with statutory obligations.
Work closely with internal teams,



Governance and external stakeholders to gather, verify and clarify information.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with experience in supporting legal, FOI or claims-related environments.
You have strong communication skills and bring a governance-focused continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated experience in legal, FOI or claims-related roles within a complex organisation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation.
High attention to detail and the ability to source, analyse and validate information from multiple stakeholders.
Build effective relationships across teams and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes within timeframes.
