About the role
As Club Duty Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation of the Club during your rostered shifts.
You will lead from the front and maintain a visible presence across the Club, support and direct staff across gaming, bars, restaurant, café and entertainment, and build positive relationships with our social and bowling members.
Key responsibilities

Support and direct staff across gaming, bars, restaurant, café and entertainment
Build positive relationships with our social and bowling members
Work cooperatively with the Bowls Committee, which manages the Club's bowling activities
Deliver warm, patient and professional service to members and guests
Assist staff with customer enquiries and operational decisions
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and shift reporting
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and member concerns
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and Club presentation
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, WHS and Club procedures

Comfortable providing direction and constructive feedback

Experienced in hospitality, gaming or registered club operations
Previous supervisory or management experience in a registered club, gaming or hospitality setting
Current NSW RSA
Current NSW RCG
Current Advanced RCG
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
A current First Aid and CPR certificate is highly regarded
Benefits
Salary of $77,500–$85,000 plus superannuation, based on experience
One (Extra) accrued day off each month - Yes still two RDO's per week + a little extra
