About the RoleWorking alongside experienced technicians, you will receive practical, hands-on training in:
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
Alloy wheel repairs
Machine polishing and paint correction
Spray painting and colour matching
Windscreen chip repairs
General cosmetic vehicle restoration
As your skills and confidence grow, you will progressively take on your own jobs while continuing to receive ongoing mentoring and support.

About YouWe're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry
Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
Has excellent attention to detail
Is reliable, motivated, and has a strong work ethic
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Can work independently and as part of a team
Holds a current driver's licence
Previous experience in vehicle detailing, panel beating, spray painting, automotive refinishing, mechanics, or another trade is advantageous but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are far more important.
