GM Global are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of the day-to-day performance, people and operations behind our door-to-door (D2D) commercial campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being where the action is.
You'll work closely with field teams, campaign leaders and senior management to make sure our campaigns are running smoothly, our people are supported, and our commercial targets are being delivered.

What you'll be doingAs Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping the engine running across our D2D operations.
Your role will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our D2D commercial campaigns
Supporting and coordinating field teams across multiple campaigns and locations
Working closely with Campaign Managers and Team Leaders to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Tracking campaign KPIs, sales results, productivity and operational performance
Helping teams stay on target through effective planning, reporting and performance management
Coordinating campaign launches, team movements, logistics and operational requirements
Ensuring teams have the resources, equipment and information they need to perform effectively
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training processes for field staff




Helping develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and consistency
Identifying operational issues before they become bigger problems and jumping in to help solve them
Maintaining accurate reporting, records and campaign documentation
Working with senior leadership on forecasting, planning and commercial performance
Supporting the development and rollout of new campaigns, territories and growth opportunities
Ensuring company standards, policies and compliance requirements are followed across the field operation
Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
Regularly reviewing what's working, what isn't and what we can do better
What we're looking forYou might come from retail management, sales operations, field operations, hospitality, logistics, events, recruitment or another fast-paced people-focused environment.

Have experience coordinating people, operations or teams
Are confident working with targets, KPIs and performance data
Have strong organisational and time-management skills
Can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details




Are comfortable having conversations about performance and accountability
Think commercially and understand the connection between great operations and great results
Are proactive and naturally look for ways to improve things
Can communicate confidently with everyone from recent starters to senior leadership
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Aren't afraid to get involved and get your hands dirty when the team needs you
