About the Role
CMI's Production Division in Landsdale is looking for a motivated Machine Operator – Roll Form (Afternoon Shift) for an immediate start.
This full-time, ongoing role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The position operates across day or afternoon shifts with the following hours:
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am - 1:00pm.
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 12:00am, and Friday, 1:00pm - 7:00pm.
As a Roll Form Operator, you will be primarily responsible for:
Operating and maintaining roll forming machinery to produce metal products in accordance with specifications
Monitoring machine cycles and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Upholding a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
Accurately completing production reports, tracking progress and performance
Conducting inspections and routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
About You




Previous experience as a machine operator within the manufacturing industry (desirable)
Demonstrates initiative, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility
Motivated to learn, adapt, and develop within a agile and fast-paced environment
Committed to safety, quality, and adherence to work procedures
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture
A valid forklift ticket is highly regarded
