Play a vital role in supporting the delivery of essential services that keep our parks, open spaces and fleet operations running efficiently.
This diverse administrative role is ideal for an organised and customer focused professional who enjoys working in a varied role.
You will provide high quality administrative support, coordinate fleet and parks records, assist with purchasing, scheduling and reporting, and liaise with internal teams, contractors and the community.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive office administration experience including strong written communication skill;
Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of staff from across the organisation;
Ability to develop a working knowledge of a diverse range of functions and task;
High level keyboard skills and experience in current office computer program;
Knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer service;
Pay Level
$******* - $******* per fortnight (Level 2) + 12% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
In accordance with Council's Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award.
Pay rate dependent on relevant skills and experience.
Status
Temporary Full time – 3 months
Hours of Work
72.5hours per fortnight | 9 day fortnight or as negotiated
