We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager who is commercially minded, people-focused and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Your opportunity
Working closely with the Orthodontists and Regional Manager, you'll lead the practice across people, operations, patient experience and commercial performance.
You'll be responsible for:
Building an engaged, accountable and high-performing team
Driving practice performance, revenue growth and operational efficiency
Leading the patient journey, including lead management and conversion
Managing rostering, team development and performance
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change
Ensuring operational, compliance and clinical standards are consistently maintained
What you'll bring
Previous experience in an orthodontic or general dental practice is essential, with a strong understanding of practice operations and patient workflows
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Robust commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, targets and performance metrics
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
The ability to balance people, patient and commercial outcomes
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders
