We're on the hunt for a driven and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen crew on a casual basis.
The Role
Position: Casual Chef De Partie
Location: Phat Brew Club, 102 Railway St, West Perth (next to City West Train Station)
Hours: ******* hours per week, including evenings & weekends
Perks: On-site parking, HIGA award-rate pay, train station right across the road
As a Chef de Partie , you'll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers.

What You'll Do
Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service
Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
Learn and master each section of the kitchen
Support with events, specials, and high-volume service
Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift

Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you've got wood-fire experience)
