Join Crown Perth's Entertainment Team – Casual Technical Operators (Audio Visual)
With an exciting calendar of upcoming events, Crown Perth's Entertainment Department is expanding the Crown AV team and seeking Technical Operators – Audio Visual casual positions.
About the Role
As a Technical Operator, you'll collaborate with the AV Operations Supervisor and Theatre Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality events across Crown Perth venues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with bump-in and bump-out of events, shows, and installations
Setting up, operating, dismantling, and maintaining audio-visual systems
Supporting the smooth execution of technical operations across various venues
About You
We're looking for individuals who bring:
Previous experience in AV operations




Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
To be successful, you'll have:
Experience in operating Audio Visual systems including Audio, Lighting, Camera and/or experience in operating Digital Audio consoles, Lighting and Vision systems
Experience with correct manual handling technique
Basic IT knowledge
Understanding of OH&S; and work secure practices
