is to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry.
We specifically like to help 'non-gym people' boost their confidence and build self-belief using strength training.

About the Role
We are seeking a
newly qualified Personal Trainer or Trainer with limited experience to join our team as a junior coach in a paid mentorship internship.
This position will develop into a solidified role within our business for the right candidate.
This position will primarily involve running our semi-private (small-group) strength classes alongside our Head Coach.
You will learn how to become a great Coach while getting paid and making an impact on the growth of our business.
The coaching role will start part-time and include comprehensive mentorship (both internal and external) to help you learn and grow as a Coach while earning a reliable income.

No experience required (Min Cert 4 required or in current completion)
About You:
You are new to the industry and wondering how to get started and make an impact without becoming a contractor who has to pay expensive rent at a commercial gym.
You want to work within a team, rather than on your own - especially while learning.
You are passionate about strength training.
You take your own training and nutrition very seriously.
More importantly, you are great with people, a strong communicator and know how to connect with everyday people.
As a coach, you take pride in yourself and like to lead by example.
You are growth-minded and constantly seeking to further your development as a coach.
You're also a team player who wants to contribute to the community's overall growth.
You live within 10km of our facilities and own a car and a laptop computer.
You have at least a Cert IV in Fitness (or in completion), First Aid, and Insurance.
