About the role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Toowoomba team on a
full time
basis.
This role is offered on a
rotating roster
with shifts varying hours throughout the week,
7am to 9pm
,
Monday to Friday
, and
occasional weekend work
required.
This position has become available due to business expansion.
The team in Toowoomba are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality




Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
