Your Role Will Involve:
As a Labourer in Civil Electrical, you will be the
backbone of our field operations
.
Your tasks will include:
Trenching and Pit Installation:
Digging, backfilling, installing conduit/cable pits,



street light footings for underground infrastructure.
Lighting Installation:
mounting and installing poles, luminaires, traffic light and lighting components
Cable Hauling:
Assisting in the safe and productive pulling of electrical cables through conduits.
Operating Hand & Power Tools:
Confidently and safely using various tools of the trade.
Supporting Skilled Trades:
Working closely with Electricians and the civil team to achieve project milestones.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
A True Team Player:
Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction and work effectively within a small crew.
Physically Capable:
Comfortable with physical labour, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safety Conscious:
Possesses a strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures.
Essential:
Must hold a current
Construction White Card
and
MR Truck licence
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience in civil or electrical construction, concreting or other trades.
Elevating work platform (EWP), Forklift tickets
Machinery tickets (e.g., Excavator, Bobcat).
