About the Role
As our Client Delivery Coordinator, you'll become the day-to-day contact for many of our clients and the operational heartbeat of the business.
You'll run client WIP meetings, keep projects moving through ClickUp, coordinate work across our creative, content and web teams, and ensure everyone knows their tasks and deadlines.
You'll work closely with our Founder, allowing her to spend more time on strategy, creativity and business growth while you keep delivery running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves solving problems and naturally keeps people accountable without needing to micromanage.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll build strong relationships with clients, becoming their primary day-to-day contact and keeping them informed throughout every stage of a project.
You'll coordinate meetings, manage approvals, answer questions and make sure clients always know what's happening.
Internally, you'll manage the flow of work across the agency.
You'll facilitate our daily stand-ups, run weekly client WIP meetings and ensure every project is accurately managed through ClickUp.
You'll work closely with our designers, content writers, and developers to keep priorities clear, remove roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met.
You'll complete a quality review,



checking that deliverables meet the brief and that client feedback has been implemented.
Once you receive internal sign-off, you'll send it to the client.
You'll also help us continually improve the way we work by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and support a positive, collaborative team culture.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and takes genuine pride in delivering a great client experience.
You must have a marketing mind.
You must have experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously within a marketing agency, creative agency or professional services business.
You'll also have:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail.
Confidence managing competing priorities.
Experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com.
A curious mindset, proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions, solve problems and take initiative.
