We are seeking an experienced
Agricultural Mechanic specialising in hay equipment
to join our dealership in
Tamworth, NSW
.
This position will primarily involve servicing, diagnosing and repairing
large and small square balers and round balers
, both in our workshop and in the field.
Experience with
New Holland or Case IH equipment
will be highly regarded.
Our agricultural workshop is strategically located in Taminda, with facilities that are unrivalled in the region.
This infrastructure enables Double R to provide strong support to our workshop and field service technicians while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

The position includes:
Monday-to-Friday day shift.
A mixture of workshop and field service work.
Servicing, diagnostics and repairs on hay and agricultural equipment.
Pre-season inspections and preventative maintenance.
Breakdown support during peak seasonal periods.




Weekend work and call-outs may apply.
Direct interaction with customers.
Support from experienced Double R management and technical teams.
Ongoing OEM and technical training.
What we're looking for:
A relevant trade qualification in agricultural or heavy vehicle mechanics.
Demonstrated experience servicing and repairing hay equipment.
Experience with large or small square balers and round balers.
New Holland or Case IH experience preferred.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
A customer-focused approach and positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Current driver's licence.
