We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistant – Mainstream for permanent and fixed term, full time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the **** school year.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Join our team as an Education Assistant - Mainstream and play a vital role in shaping the lives of students.
As an Education Assistant, you would support our teachers in delivering planned education programs and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
This is an opportunity to make a real cultural impact in the lives of students and to develop your own skills and autonomy in a supportive environment.
You would be responsible for assisting teachers in delivering planned education programs, including the operation of computers and implementing individual or small group programs or demonstrations.
You would also help maintain the learning environment by keeping equipment, materials, and resources organised and ready for use in classes and activities, and by helping to keep the classroom clean and safe.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.




obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; andconsent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
