About the roleWe are seeking an experienced yard hand to join our team at our Kwinana Beach Site.
In this full-time role, you will be required to undertake all tasks in a secure and timely manner, working well within a small team.
Our operating hours are 07:*******:30,



overtime and overnight stays may also be required and the rate of pay is $32ph.
What you'll be doing
Sorting batteries into their specific chemistries
Processing electronic waste
Bailing a variety of materials
Operating a forklift for general tasks as well as loading and unloading trucks
When required, completing battery runs
When required, completing regional battery runs and overnight stays
What we're looking for
A valid forklift and driver's license
Knowledge of safe driving practices
The ability to identify tasks using their own initiative and work independently
Reasonable level of fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic IT and computer skills
Well presented
Excellent teamwork skills
