Trades Administrator — Dodds Electrical & Air, Mandurah
Dodds Electrical & Air is looking for a detail-oriented, organised Trades Administrator to join our team in Mandurah, WA.
This is a full time, on-site role supporting the day-to-day running of our electrical and air conditioning contracting business — managing admin, coordinating with the trades team, and keeping jobs moving smoothly.
Hours:
Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm, Friday 7:00am–1:30pm
Pay:
$60,000–$75,000, based on experience
What you'll be doing day to day:
Answering calls and managing emails
Entering and managing jobs in SimPRO
Scheduling and confirming bookings and site visits
Quoting and quote follow-ups
Invoicing and processing purchase orders
Maintaining job records and documentation, digital and physical
Coordinating communication between office staff, trades teams, and clients
Basic document control for projects and staff
Some social media management
Handling confidential client and employee information
What we need from you:
Self-motivated, reliable,
and willing to learn
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to juggle multiple jobs and priorities at once without dropping the ball
Good communication, written and verbal
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
A professional approach to client and customer interactions
Nice to have (not essential — we'll train the right person):
SimPRO experience
Local knowledge of the Mandurah area
Basic understanding of the electrical or trades industry
On top of the role:
$500 welcome bonus paid on successful completion of your 3-month probation
