We are currently
seeking a qualified and motivated Club
Manager to provide leadership to our passionate team
creating a positive environment for the development of young people
in our PCYC Mackay Youth Club.

Your New
Role:
As the
Club Manager, you will be




responsible for the overall operational, financial, and
people management of the PCYC Mackay facility.
In this role,
you will lead and support staff in developing and
implementing operational plans, driving financial
performance, and managing budgets effectively.
You will
inspire and guide a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
while ensuring compliance with PCYC policies, safety
standards, and child protection requirements.
A key part of
your role will be to develop and maintain strong
relationships with members, local businesses, and community
organisations, fostering engagement and collaboration.
You
will also oversee and optimise PCYC programs such as Gym,
Fitness, Gymnastics, and Little n Active, promoting
membership growth and retention through targeted local
marketing and community initiatives.
Above all, you will

Leadership, ensuring these principles are embedded
in all aspects of club operations.

About
You:
Proven experience in a
leadership or management role, ideally in a similar
operational or community setting.
Strong financial and
commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and
delivering on KPIs.




Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Strong problem-solving
abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change
in a clear, logical manger.
Previous experience working
in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
Qualifications in gym and
fitness and or Gymnastics are desirable.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Current unrestricted driver's licence.
