The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and skilled Guest Service Agents to join our hospitality team.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and meeting the needs and expectations of our guests.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest requirements are fulfilled promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
Provide efficient and professional check-in and check-out experiences.
Answer guest enquiries and telephone calls promptly and courteously.
Accurately manage reservations, guest accounts, and Opera Cloud guest profiles.
Recognize returning guests and create personalized experiences.
Promote hotel facilities, services, room upgrades, and special offers.
Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up.




Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Process payments and cash handling in line with hotel procedures.
Adhere to hotel policies, service standards, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS is desirable.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable
Previous experience in a hotel front office, guest service, or similar hospitality role (essential).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
Confidence in using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns.
A professional, polished appearance and excellent personal presentation.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support team members when required.
