We are looking for an exceptional Activity Assistant for
our Eaton Social Centre in the South West.
Reporting to
the Social Centre Co-ordinator, you will run programs that promote
social engagement for our clients.
You will also provide client
transport as required.
These roles will be offered on a casual
basis at the Eaton Social Centre.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver programs, activities and outings for clients.
Assist in meal preparation with clients.
Undertake efficient and safe client transport using a bus
to and from the Centre.
Essential criteria:
Previous experience in a Therapy or Activity Assistant
role.
Skills in providing client centred, meaningful
activities
Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for
one
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations – minimum of
one covid vaccination and **** flu vaccination.
Current C class drivers' licence.
Desirable criteria:
Certificate 3 or 4 Allied Health Assistance or Certificate




3 Aged Care or Individual Support (Aged Care or Home and
Community Care).
Demonstrated knowledge of local community services.
LR Class Drivers licence or willingness to obtain
one.
