At Lives Lived Well, we've been supporting people affected by alcohol and other drugs, mental health challenges and gambling for more than 50 years.
Mirikai is our residential rehabilitation service in Burleigh Heads, providing a structured and supportive environment where people can focus on recovery and lasting change.
We're looking for a full-time Floor Coordinator to help support the day-to-day running of the residential program.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with residents and the wider team to ensure daily activities, appointments and routines run smoothly.
The role supports the delivery of the program but does not provide therapeutic or clinical interventions.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the residential program.
Encouraging resident engagement in activities and routines.
Assisting with appointments, admissions and practical support needs.
Completing room checks, documentation and handovers.
Supporting group activities and working collaboratively with the wider team.
Responding to incidents and escalating matters as required.
About youYou'll be someone who:
Enjoys building positive relationships with others
Is organised, proactive and adaptable
Communicates effectively and works well within a team
Has experience in community services, residential care, mental health, AOD or a related field
Is passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey
Essential requirements
Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health,



Community Services or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
Current Australian Driver Licence.
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
