The Role
We're looking for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, initially working approximately 3 days per week, with the prospect to increase hours during busy periods and to provide additional team coverage when required.
This is an important support role within our Customer Relationship team, focused on accurate sales order data entry, customer and sales support, administration and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
You'll report to our Customer Relationship Manager and play an important role in keeping our customer and sales processes accurate, organised and running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, is organised and reliable and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
What You'll Do:




Data Entry & Order Support
Accurately input and update customer and sales data across our internal systems.
Process and track customer orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain accurate records across Sales, Dispatch and Accounts.
Complete general administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship team as required.
Handle customer and business information with confidentiality and care.
Sales Support & Customer Upselling
Review incoming wholesale orders and identify opportunities to recommend relevant add-ons, seasonal products and restocks.
Communicate with existing wholesale customers via email to suggest products that may complement or enhance their orders.
Build positive relationships with regular customers through proactive and value-driven support.
Support the Sales team to maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Team & Cross-Functional Support
Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
Provide support to the Showroom team, including covering lunch breaks and team leave when required.
Support other areas of the business when needed, particularly during busy periods.
Share knowledge and support team members where appropriate.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys supporting others.
You'll ideally have:
At least 1 year of experience in data entry and/or administration.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.




Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases and digital systems.
Transparent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, positive and can-do attitude.
The ability to work consistently and accurately across repetitive tasks.
A willingness to learn and support the wider team.
Previous experience in a similar administration, data entry or sales support role is highly desirable.
Experience with CRM, order management or inventory systems such as DEAR Systems, Cin7 or similar is advantageous.
