About the
role:
In this
role, you will support the Quality Assurance team within our fast-paced and
dynamic pack shed environment.
We're looking for passionate quality champions
to assist with the day-to-day operations of our blueberry production pack
lines.
You will play a key role in promoting a solid quality-focused
culture—essential to the success of our **** season—with quality remaining your
top priority at all times.
About
you:
To be
successful in this role you will:
Previous
experience or training in a food production or quality assurance role
Strong
communication skills, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Excellent
attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Basic
computer skills, including data entry
Confidence
using technology, particularly software applications on an iPad
Reliable
personal transport to travel to and from work
Flexibility
to work a range of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
Physical
stamina to work on your feet all day in a cool room environment
A




driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on productivity and
performance
A
collaborative mindset, with the ability to work respectfully across
diverse cultures
Good
judgment in assessing product quality and a strong sense of accountability
