Winanga-li Early Learning is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team!
We are a community-focused, child-centred service committed to providing quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

Position: Early Childhood Educator
Location: Gunnedah
Position Type: Full-Time
Your Role: As an Early Childhood Educator at Winanga-li, you will:
Work closely with children to support their development across all areas—language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive.
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.




Develop and implement programs and activities in line with the EYLF, focusing on individual and group learning.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members, fostering a sense of community and connection.
Support the development of each child's social and emotional well-being through positive guidance and modelling.
Maintain accurate observations and documentation of children's progress.
What we're Looking for:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
An understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Have or willingness to obtain a WWCC
Have or willingness to obtain a NCRC
