The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Promote a supportive environment and a willingness to share knowledge to all learners in the workplace including students and graduates
Support the safe and reliable delivery of evidence-based care through the efficient use of material resources
Actively support quality improvement initiatives within the work unit, contributing to the use of evidence-based practice to facilitate improved patient outcomes

About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $87,790 - $112,607 per annum
About Us
B3 North is a 24-bed unit specialising in the care of women with complex and high-risk antenatal and postnatal needs,



and gynaecological and female surgical patients who meet the unit's admission criteria.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide secure, evidence-based, and patient-centred care to gynaecology and female surgical patients within the B3 North Unit.
Working collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse and multidisciplinary team, you will utilise your clinical knowledge, skills, and critical thinking abilities to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and a high standard of professional practice.
