About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and safety-focused Heavy Plant Operator to join our operations team on a full-time basis.
Based across our Wingfield and Buckland Park sites, you'll operate modern loaders as part of our composting and recycling operations.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
One day you may be feeding high-speed grinders, the next you're loading trucks, blending products or managing stockpiles.
If you enjoy operating machinery, working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team, this could be the role for you.
Hours: 5:45am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.
What You'll Be Doing
Operate loaders across a variety of recycling and composting operations.
Feed high-speed grinders, manage stockpiles and load trucks and trailers.
Blend products to meet quality and production requirements.
Complete pre-start inspections and maintain a strong focus on safe work practices.
Record production information using tablets and digital systems.
Support the wider operations team to keep the site running safely and efficiently.




Assist with general operational tasks, including clearing blockages and basic machine housekeeping when required.
About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in operating machinery safely and efficiently.
You'll bring:
Experience operating front-end loaders.
A current loader ticket (highly regarded).
Experience loading trucks and trailers (desirable).
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
A commitment to working safely and supporting your team.
The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
