We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and self-directed person, with excellent contract administration experience, to join our residential contracts and prestart team as a Contracts Administrator.
Your role will include:
Preparing and finalising contractual documentation including HIA Contracts, Price Coverages and Variations
Manage and track jobs through the pre-construction system, checking all contractual documents for structure, content, consistency, and accuracy
Preparing and Lodging Planning and Building Applications
Assessing and prioritising workflow to ensure required time frames are met
Liaising with Salespersons, Draftspersons, Estimators, Shire, Engineers, Financial Institutions and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the timely progress of the job
Mentoring, supporting and assisting team members within Contracts Department to deliver team and department outcomes
Undertaking general administrative functions with high complexity as required in the day-to-day operations of the Contracts and Prestart
Preparing new Job Files including PDA and PPA documentation for Sales Consultants ensuring accuracy
To be successful in this role you will have:
Good Construction knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction
Ability to read and Understand Surveys, Site Plans and Sketch plans
Post Secondary qualifications relevant to construction administration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Sound computer literacy skills in relevant fields, including MS Office, Outlook, Project Management Software and DocuSign
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and organise a busy workload
Capacity and willingness to work in a team-oriented setting
