We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join an established aged care team in Grafton.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, working closely with care staff, families and the broader clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The role will include:
Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
Completing clinical assessments and care planning
Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
Managing medications and clinical documentation
Responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately
Supporting residents living with dementia
Working collaboratively with care and multidisciplinary teams
Maintaining compliance with relevant aged care standards and legislation
Building positive relationships with residents and their families
About You
To be successful,



you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Australian experience within aged or geriatric care
Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience working with, or a willingness to develop your skills in, dementia care
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
