What You'll Be Doing
Manage your own well-maintained residential portfolio.
Build robust relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews.
Complete routine, entry and exit inspections using modern technology.
Manage arrears, tribunal preparation and legislative compliance.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining HIVE's high standards.

About You
You're a motivated Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is looking to be part of a team that genuinely supports your success.
You'll also have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Sound knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management software.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
