PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Maintain and enhance enterprise GIS datasets, network models and web GIS platforms. Develop automated spatial data workflows
and analytical solutions that support asset management, operational decision-making and regulatory reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

Maintain the integrity, quality and currency of enterprise GIS datasets, utility network models, asset inventories and associated spatial

information systems.

Design, develop and maintain automated spatial ETL and business workflows using FME Workbench and FME Flow, including data validation, system integration, scheduled processing and reporting automation.

Configure, administer and support Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) web GIS platforms including ArcGIS Online, web maps, hosted feature services, dashboards, mobile applications and web applications.

Develop spatial analysis, reporting and visualisation products to support asset management decision making,



operational planning and

regulatory reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain Python, Arc Py, SQL and API-based automation solutions that improve business processes and data quality.
Provide technical advice and support relating to GIS architecture, spatial data management, automation and enterprise GIS best practice.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver GIS and spatial information services that support business objectives.
