About the Role:

We are currently looking for experienced Dozer Operator’sto join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.

As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out key civil construction activities related to mine site development and expansion. This position calls for a highly skilled operator with proven experience in civil construction within mining environments, and a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working around mine tailings and in conjunction with truck and shovel operations
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to achieve project milestones
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on the dozer to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Adhere to all site safety protocols, ensuring the safe operation of machinery in line with mining regulations




- Monitor site conditions and report any potential hazards or equipment issues
- Assist with general site activities and support the team as needed

We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience operating dozers within a mining setting. (CAT D6 or equivalent).
- RII Statement of Attainment for Dozer Operations (RIIMPO308F or equivalent).
- Current Standard 11 or White Card / Construction Induction
- Current & valid Driver’s licence
- Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment silica medical and drug and alcohol screening.
