GM Electrical Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Yennora, NSW.
This is a permanent, full time position with an annual salary of $120,000 to $190,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Preparing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources
- Coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Managing project documentation, contracts and reports
- Conducting site inspections and attending project meetings
- Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, contractual requirements and WHS standards
