We’re on the lookout for two (2) passionate and proactive Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner’s (LODBP) to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. About the roles:
Reporting into the Director Learning and Development, these role’s will partner with functional teams to deliver culture, people experience, learning, talent, succession, recognition and performance initiatives that strengthen capability and support organisational change.
Key deliverables of the roles will span:
- Support organisation-wide culture change and partner with functional teams to tailor initiatives that drive local impact, such as recognition, performance, engagement and others.
- Contribute to People Experience initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, induction and role-change improvements.
- Advise functional training teams on learning design and delivery aligned to future capability needs, including working with functional learning teams to revisit their exiting Training Matrix, evolving it into a mature Competency Framework and supporting the design and implementation of training pathways such as apprenticeships, traineeships and internships.
- Design and facilitate leadership and soft-skills training in conjunction with the Director, Learning & Organisational Development.
- In partnership with the People Business Partners, support talent identification and succession planning, processes and support the design and implementation of development pathways that future-proof functional capability.
About You:
As we are on the search for two (2) talented team members,
it is expected that successful candidates will have knowledge and experience in some of the following but not all, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements:
- Qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, Human Resources and/or Adult Education expected.
- Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning, capability and organisational development initiatives that improve employee experience and business performance.
- An understanding of capability frameworks, training matrices and learning pathways such as apprentices, traineeships and interns and governance approaches that support workforce development and future capability needs.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence leaders and translate business needs into practical people and capability solutions.
- A collaborative, proactive and resilient working style, with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working in an operational unionised, multi-disciplined and/or multi-site environment is highly desirable.
