About the role
Ready to take the next step in your family law career? Join a highly regarded boutique CBD firm where you'll gain hands-on experience, quality mentoring and exposure to complex family law matters within a genuinely supportive team.

Working closely with an LIV Accredited Specialist Partner, you'll be supported to further develop your technical skills, client management experience and confidence across a broad range of private family law matters.

Your work may include:

- Complex property settlements;
- High value financial agreements; including superannuation splitting;
- Divorce and estate planning;
- Mediation and collaboration;
- Multi-party disputes;
- Injunctions/restraint orders;
- Same sex law/parenting issues;
- IVF/surrogacy arrangements;
- International children's (Hague convention) matters.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your experience in court appearances, mediations and negotiations, while progressively taking greater ownership of your matters.

About you
You'll ideally be a Family Lawyer 3+ years PAE who is looking for a role where you can continue learning while building greater autonomy.

You'll bring:

- Experience across family and relationship law matters;
- Strong drafting,



communication and client management skills;
- The confidence to manage matters with appropriate supervision; and
- A genuine desire to develop your family law career.
