Are you the kind of marketer who plans holidays around restaurants, follows brand campaigns for fun, and notices every customer touchpoint?

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the team behind one of Australia's most loved restaurant brands. Reporting to an experienced Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping brand strategy, delivering integrated campaigns, driving core menu growth and creating memorable customer experiences across every stage of the customer journey.

This is an prospect for a passionate brand marketer who loves bringing ideas to life, challenging convention and working on a brand with real cultural relevance and customer affection.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies aligned to growth objectives.
- Leading integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Driving awareness and demand across key menu platforms and promotional activity.
- Working closely with creative, media and production partners to deliver standout work.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life across restaurant environments, customer experience and physical touchpoints.
- Using customer insights,



market trends and performance data to continually optimise marketing effectiveness.

What we're looking for

- Experience in a Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager role.
- Background within FMCG, retail, hospitality, QSR, consumer services or another customer-centric category.
- Strong campaign development and stakeholder management capability.
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial acumen.
- Passion for brands, customer experience and food.
- Someone who brings energy, curiosity and a genuinely collaborative approach.
