Due to the continued growth of our Blue-Collar Division, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Coordinator to take ownership of and manage an existing, established recruitment desk.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating candidates and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and growth of an established desk.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Managing an existing portfolio of blue-collar clients and candidates

- Coordinating the recruitment and placement of temporary and casual workers

- Managing daily candidate requirements, availability and rostering

- Building strong relationships with existing clients

- Sourcing and screening quality candidates

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

- Following up candidate performance, attendance and compliance

- Working closely with the wider recruitment and operations team





About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous recruitment experience, ideally within blue-collar, healthcare, industrial, logistics or labour hire

- Is confident managing an existing desk and client portfolio

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

- Is proactive, reliable and takes ownership

- Has a strong understanding of candidate management and recruitment processes

- Wants to develop their career and take the next step into a senior recruitment position
