Optimum Health is seeking a warm, motivated and client-focused Psychologist to join our growing team in Bella Vista. This is an opportunity for a psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support in a professional, supportive and cooperative environment.

About the Role

You will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, couples and/or families, depending on your experience and interests.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Providing individual therapy and psychological support

- Developing treatment plans tailored to client needs

- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and documentation

- Working collaboratively with referrers, GPs and allied health professionals

- Contributing to a positive, ethical and client-centred practice culture

- Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans where clinically indicated

- Preparing psychological reports and professional correspondence for referrers and other stakeholders

- Participating in clinical supervision, peer consultation and continuing professional development in line with AHPRA and Psychology Board of Australia requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology





- At least one year of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting

- Fully registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist

- Eligible to provide Medicare services

- Professional, empathetic and reliable

- Confident working independently while also valuing team support

- Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
