Are you an experienced permanent recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge?

Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter or primary care professional to join the DXC Medical team in a home-based role from Sydney, Wollongong or Melbourne.

The Prospect

Reporting to the Owner and working in a home-based role, you will work alongside a well-established team, building on an established portfolio of clients (medical centres), candidates (GPs) and placements, driving the continued growth through targeted business development throughout New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

NSW and Victoria are the largest GP markets in Australia and we are currently working on more than 600 live GP vacancies across the state, with all leading corporate and independent providers of primary care.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality doctors (domestic & international)

- Develop strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Design and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns

- Provide a personal, proactive and quality service to GPs and clients

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the primary care sector

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Proven track record in permanent recruitment





- Genuine passion and interest in the healthcare sector

- High level of motivation and ability to work from a home office

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build rapport
